The companion problem

People don't lack events. They lack people.

OutFindr is the companion-finding layer on top of everything happening in your city. Not a ticketing app. Not a dating app. Not another dead WhatsApp group. Pick what you're into, find the people already going, and turn a quiet Saturday into a plan you actually show up for.

From "ugh, plans?" to playing

Real stories

They came for the trek. They stayed for the crew.

Moved cities for work in March. The job was fine. The weekends weren't. By June I had a trek crew, did a sunrise climb with six people I now actually call friends.

Sunday football used to mean texting fourteen people and praying four showed up. Now the same eleven turn up every week. I just play.
Rohit 29 · Mumbai
I've done more treks in four months than in the last three years. Turns out I wasn't lazy. I just needed people as keen as me.

Questions, sorted

The honest answers, before you download.

What is OutFindr?

OutFindr helps you find the people to do things with: treks, football, kayaking, road trips, casual hangouts. You don't lack things to do in your city. You lack people to do them with. We fix that.

How do I find people to do activities with near me?

Pick what you're into, see who else is going to events near you, and RSVP. Every event shows the crew before you commit, so you're never showing up to a room of strangers.

Is OutFindr free to use?

Yes. Finding events and seeing what's on every weekend is free. Some events are free to join; others have a host fee shown upfront, with no hidden booking charges.

Which cities is OutFindr in?

OutFindr is live across major Indian cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, with Goa, Chennai, Kolkata and more rolling out. New crews form every week.

Is it safe to join events with people I haven't met?

Hosts are verified and rated, most events are daytime and group-default, and you can see who else is going before you RSVP. Reporting and safety controls are built in.

I'm a first-timer. Will I be the awkward newcomer?

No. Plenty of events are tagged beginner-friendly, and the crew is visible upfront — you'll often see other first-timers going too. Everyone started somewhere.

I run treks, games or trips. Can I list my events?

Yes. Hosts reach people already searching for what they offer, without burning money on ads. List your first event from the Hosts page.
